Housing Delivery 2019/20

Every year, local authorities need to monitor the number of new homes that have been delivered in its area. This normally takes place shortly after the end of each financial year in April and May. It's important the City Council has this information so that it can ensure enough new homes are delivered to provide for the needs of the community.

You will have been sent a request to provide information relating to a development site as the landowner, applicant or agent for a valid planning permission for new homes in the city. This may have been granted recently or in some cases, several years ago.

We would be grateful if you could complete the questionnaire by clicking on the link below. If possible, please report by Monday 18th May. This will then allow officers sufficient time to process the information.

Please note we will not use your personal data for any other reason that to support the preparation of the annual monitoring reports. Information is published but anonymised. For more information, please visit the City Council website.
